1. ROUGH CLEANUP
Consists of removing all subcontractors’ spoils, wood debris, pipes, boxes, electrical wires, trash, etc. The cost associated with rough are labor, trash dumpster rental. A normal rough cleanup job will use two laborers to remove most debris.
2. CONSTRUCTION WINDOW CLEANING & FRAME CLEANING
The construction window cleaning is done after the rough has been complete. The window-cleaning portion takes place almost close to final cleaning or at the same time. The cost for construction window cleaning is $13 to $15 dollars per window frame inside and out. This consists of removing paint, drywall, silicone and dirt.
3. FINAL CLEANUP
The final stage of construction cleaning of the project. This consists of vacuuming all carpeted areas, vacuum all cabinets, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, high dusting, and polishing all metals etc.
